Stacia Carr
Stacia Carr is an American technology executive and startup co-founder. Throughout her career she’s led engineering teams developing consumer Internet products and services with an emphasis on digital media distribution including SoundCloud, Sony, Listen.com, CMJ and Kink.com. In 2013 she successfully negotiated the acquisition of the boutique consulting company she was running to Indiegogo. In 2014, she relocated from the US to Madrid, Spain, as the technical cofounder of Vidnex, a real-time video platform for the health and fitness industry. At Zalando she is Head of Engineering focused on engineering leadership.

Peter Wolff
Peter Wolff is a management consultant and facilitator on the topics of leadership, team collaboration and organizational design. He has been active in Responsive.org since February 2016. He provides experiential learning for teams to increase emotional and social intelligence, and engage in co-creating high-performance culture. A native of San Francisco, Wolff earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from GeorgiaTech, and worked as an innovation manager at Mercedes-Benz Research in Palo Alto before completing his master’s thesis on workforce engagement and well-being in 2013. Hendrik Backerra
Hendrik and his team combine unique knowledge and vast experience in organizational development and personal growth, enabling organizations to master deep change. Through creative formats the team supports the development of a healthy, values-driven company culture and builds effective leadership capabilities. Fields of expertise include top-team alignment in a merger situation, building up international change agent networks, culture change initiatives, long-term support in developing a values culture, adaption to the challenges of the VUKA world and complex changes in the organization. Katharina Zink
Katharina is a coach and facilitator, and works as a journalist on the topics of new work and organizational transformation. She is active in TheDive network, and is co-author of the forthcoming German audiobook release of “Reinventing Organizations“, by Frederic Laloux.
