 er. Throughout her career she's led engineering teams developing consumer 
 Internet products and services with an emphasis on digital media distribut

 he successfully negotiated the acquisition of the boutique consulting comp
 any she was running to Indiegogo. In 2014\, she relocated from the US to M
 adrid\, Spain\, as the technical cofounder of Vidnex\, a real-time video p
 latform for the health and fitness industry. At Zalando she is Head of Eng
 ineering focused on engineering leadership.\n\nPeter Wolff\nPeter Wolff is
  a management consultant and facilitator on the topics of leadership\, tea
 m collaboration and organizational design. He has been active in Responsiv
 e.org since February 2016. He provides experiential learning for teams to 
 increase emotional and social intelligence\, and engage in co-creating hig
 h-performance culture. A native of San Francisco\, Wolff earned his Bachel
 or of Mechanical Engineering from GeorgiaTech\, and worked as an innovatio
 n manager at Mercedes-Benz Research in Palo Alto before completing his mas
