Gemeinsam mit Dr. Hans-Jürgen Sturm (Amadeus IT Group) laden wir zu einem weiteren Meetup am Deutschland Sitz der Amadeus IT Group in Bad Homburg ein und das mit einem echten Hochkaräter:
Céline Schillinger, Trägerin des „Ordre national du Mérite“, Head of Quality Innovation & Engagement at Sanofi Pasteur wird unser Gast und Inputgeber sein.

Wir stellen die Veranstaltung unter das Leitmotiv:
Change activism at work.
Which role collaboration platforms play to create real diversified and agile corporate cultures?

Am Thema „Diversity“ hat Céline eine spannende These entwickelt, die wir ins Zentrum unseres Gespräches stellen wollen:

„Change activism, to champion the idea that activists for change are needed and that this activism, the campaign for change, is good for the enterprise. Activists can bring about a different form of agility, one that is infused with a strong sense of humanity with very significant social values attached.“

Dabei können Collaboration Plattformen eine wichtige Funktion übernehmen. Darüber wollen wir sprechen. Als weitere Gäste dürfen wir begrüßen:

Chantal Dunn, Amadeus SAS. Chantal ist eine Change Management Expertin und aktuell verantwortlich für die Annahme von kollaborativen Arbeitsweisen bei Amadeus.

Christy Sando, Beck et al. Services. Christy ist im Professional Women’s Network engagiert und eine ausgewiesene Collaboration Expertin.

Sabine Kluge wird den Abend moderieren. In Ihrer Rolle als Global Learning Program Manager bei Siemens ist sie als Grenzgängerin zwischen traditioneller Unternehmenskultur und digitalisierungsgetriebener Organisationsentwicklung unterwegs und daher ausgezeichnet geeignet, durch den Abend zu führen.

Die Veranstaltung findet in englischer Sprache statt.

Collaboration platforms could have an important role to enable and support these initiatives.   We will talk about that with our guests:

Chantal Dunn, Amadeus SAS.  Chantal is a Change Management expert and currently responsible for the adoption of collaborative ways of working at Amadeus

Christy Sando, Beck et al. Services. Christy is member of the Professional Women’s Network and experienced collaboration expert.

Sabine Kluge, Siemens will moderate through the evening. As Global Learning Program Manager she knows traditional corporate cultures and how grassroot movements can make the difference.
