in February we will learn about databases and DevOps from one of the gurus.

I’m lucky that I get to talk to both database professional and developer audiences. However, you frequently see quite a divide on language and approach between the two groups, especially when it comes to database development and deployment. Would like to learn more about what I’m telling your developers when it comes to Database DevOps? Come to this session and I’ll give you the information I’m giving them and I’ll tell you why it’s important that you learn to speak your developers DevOps language.

Grant has experience with both on-premises, and cloud-based data management, and DevOps. He has experience with multiple development languages and platforms. Grant has written books for Apress and Simple-Talk. Grant presents at conferences and user groups, large and small, all over the world. Grant volunteers for PASS and is on the Board of Directors as the Immediate Past President. He joined Redgate Software as a product advocate January 2011.
